MOOD LIVING is a uk headquartered premium bathroom mirrors and cabinet brand who have been improving people homes for 30+ years

OBJECTIVE

Starting in January 2020, the Mood Living Directors wanted to take a back seat regarding marketplace management, but also improve online marketplace presence and grow into Europe.

SOLUTION

We researched and recommended new marketplaces and onboarded Mood Living onto Wayfair, Fruugo, OnBuy, Manomano and Bol.com, whilst also expanding the product range and optimising content on existing marketplaces - Amazon (UK & EU), CDiscount and eBay.

RESULTS

Marketplace revenue has grown by 25% since January 2020.

Wayfair has been a particular success story and is now a key volume driver for Mood Living sales, second to Amazon UK.

In recent months we have doubled market share with a best in class improvement in BSR over the same period.

THE FUTURE

We are currently working on centralising product content into Mood Living’s OMS, Linnworks.

This will significantly improve the ease of updating content on the marketplaces and the consistency between them.
