OBJECTIVE

Hearing Direct needed expertise and assistance to enhance and expand their Amazon accounts.

SOLUTION

We put a health check system in place to enable swift and proactive responses to marketplace and consumer reeds, without any disruption thus maximising overall performance.

The foci were individual orders, profitability strategies, platform SEO and resolving tracking rate issues.

Stock flow analysis and inventory system audits were carried out with improved systems put in place.

RESULTS

Higher levels on customer satisfaction and frictionless use of the Amazon platform.

Platform compliance for niche products was also resolved enabling a wider array of products to be sold and consequent focus on higher margin items.

Inventory management systems have allowed for a constant and stable flow of inventory across multiple countries.

This has all resulted in significantly increase securing of the buy box to ensure sales growth.

THE FUTURE
