OBJECTIVE

Northern Monk is looking to expand its market share and to give additional exposure of the brand and craft beer offering on a national platform by leveraging the vast customer reach and e-commerce capabilities of Amazon's platform.

The primary goal was to establish a strong foothold in the online brewery space, enabling the brewery to tap into a broader customer base, extend its geographical reach beyond its physical locations and ultimately boost sales and brand recognition.

SOLUTION

Northern Monk made a strategic decision to collaborate with Infinity Blue, a trusted partner with a proven track record on Marketplaces. This partnership was established to facilitate Northern Monk's entry onto Amazon UK, leveraging Infinity Blue's expertise to navigate the intricacies of the platform.

In July 2023 Infinity Blue successfully launched their products onto Amazon UK, by the creation of compelling product listings that not only highlighted the unique attributes of their craft beer but also adhered to Amazon’s best practices for discoverability and conversions.

In addition to individual product listings, Infinity Blue worked closely with Northern Monk to develop a dedicated brand store on Amazon. This store served as a hub for showcasing Northern Monk's entire product range, reinforcing their brand identity, and providing customers with a curated shopping experience.

Efficient stock management and fulfilment were essential to meet customer demand on Amazon. Northern Monk received support in creating and managing stock shipments, ensuring a consistent supply of their products in Amazon's warehouses to fulfil orders promptly.

RESULTS

By combining these strategic elements, Northern Monk was able to not only expand its presence on a national scale through Amazon but also maintain its reputation for quality and authenticity in the competitive world of e-commerce.
